I was serving lunch and DJ was helping to put out the milk glasses and I asked him to go tell the little ones that lunch was ready.
He looked up at me and screamed,"ANDERSON, MADIGAN, LUNCH IS READY. GET YOUR LITTLE BUTTS UP HERE!"
I looked at DJ, not really amused, and it just slipped out, "DJ, I could have done that!"
"I know Mommy, I learned it from you!"

Hmm, don't you love it when they say stuff like that. Very often Hope opens her mouth and my voice slips out...ouch!
Gotta love hearing those sort of things!
My son does that all the time... drives me crazy. It makes it more bearable to know that I'm not alone. Bwahahahaha!
Ha!
I just read your "rules" at the side of your blog. I love the one about not wasting calories. So often we eat something b/c it's there or to be polite. I'm not a sweets person but I often found myself having that piece of cake just to be polite. I learned to say 'no'. Why bother?
hee hee! LOVE IT!
I tagged you in a meme if you're interested.
Gotcha!! I love it!
Yup. Out of the mouths of babes! I have to be careful and specific when I ask my kids to do something like that!
Ha! Ha! Ha!
