70 pound weight loss!!!!!
Last night I hit a huge milestone in my weight loss journey. I had originally set the goal of loosing 70 pounds in 52 weeks...and I did it in 27 weeks!
My new goal is to loose the final 30 pounds and then maintain my weight between 145 and 150.
When I started this journey I was addicted to junk food, fatty foods and huge helpings...now, I am addicted to exercise magazines and healthy cooking magazines.
So, for gift wish number 37 I would love a subscription to one, or all of the following:

Congratulations lady!!! I am so, so proud of you.
Forget Shape and Fitness (lots of make up and clothes talk with a couple of workouts thrown in). Oxygen magazine is where it's at. Lots of motivation regarding exericse and nutrition. The quality has gone down in the last few years but it's still a very good magazine.
Oh my WORD!!!!! You did it in half the time! You rock!!! I am so proud of you! Way to go! :)
Congratulations!! Just a few days ago you were at 67 and I was thinking you were nearly there. Way to Go!!
The magazines I'm silly over are all cooking ones, so no help from me there, sorry! I hope all of your gift wishes are met, you deserve it.
Woohoo! Congratulations, that is freakin' awesome.
I've always enjoyed Prevention magazine too.

I am SOOOOO impressed!! Way to go, girl!
You did it!!!!!!! Congrats!
today I made a baby step. Instead of pulling out the butter and sugar and making cookies that I really wanted, I pulled out the berries, extra skim milk pwdr (for extra calcium and protein), yogurt and ground flax seed and made smoothies. yummy. they have almost quenched the emotional food craving...
A-MAZ-ING! 70 pounds is HUGE! Congratulations! I just just hear the excitement in your post!!
And how awesome that you want magazines as a reward...pretty soon that will turn into lots of new clothes!
SEVENTY POUNDS! INCREDIBLE! I'd even think about getting a magazine just to read. Like The New Yorker?
You are amazing, I know I have said it before, but I will say it again - AMAZING!! Look how powerful you have been in this journey. I wish I had an ounce of discipline that you have.
Please remind me what diet plan you did, this was doctor based, correct?
I am so proud of you! What an inspiration you are!
